Shopping Delivery Services

Whizzr is a platform facilitating the provision of shopping collection and delivery services across the UK where available. You - the customer, may use this website to select goods that will be collected and delivered, and to pay for the collection and delivery service. The shopping collection and delivery services that Whizzr facilitates are carried out by independent service providers.

All service providers aim to have your items delivered within 60 minutes of accepting your order. In cases where the the time taken to fulfil the service exceeds 60 minutes the service will still be considered to have been carried out in full.

In the event that a service provider is unable to source any of the items you have requested, any such items will be substituted for similar replacement items. If no suitable substitutions can be sourced by the service provider the remaining items that you have requested will be delivered and you will not be charged in respect to the items that could not be sourced.

By paying for shopping collection and delivery services you are instructing the service provider to act as your agent in purchasing the goods you have instructed them to deliver. Our maximum liability is limited to the total cost paid by you for shopping delivery and collection services.

Age Restricted Itmes

In cases where your order includes age restricted items such as alcohol and tobacco you will be required to prove your age if you appear to be under 25 years of age. The only acceptable documents you may use as proof of age are either your passport or your photocard drving licence. In the event that you are unable to provide suitable proof of your age the service provider will attempt to return the goods to the vendor and you will bear the expense of any costs incurred in doing so. The licence to sell these items is the responsibility of the vendor. The service provider is solely responsible for the collection and delivery of the items you have requested.

Use of this website

You must not use this website in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the website or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the website; or in any way which is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful purpose or activity.

You must not use this website for any purposes related to marketing without our express written consent.

If you are provided with credentials to enable you to access restricted areas of this website or other content or services, you must ensure that the credentials are kept confidential.

Reasonableness

By using this website, you agree that the exclusions and limitations of liability set out in these terms and conditions are reasonable. If you do not think they are reasonable, you must not use this website.
